Need help with AiboTask? Use the channels below.
1) Login or account access
If your company already uses AiboTask and you cannot sign in:
- confirm the email address assigned by your company administrator
- ask your tenant administrator or Operations manager to verify your account is active
- confirm your company subscription and license seats are active in SaaS360
Users cannot self-register in the mobile app.
2) Platform support
For platform support, account-routing issues, store-review assistance, or privacy requests related to provider-managed data, contact:

When contacting support, include:
- your company name
- your login email
- device model and OS version
- app version
- screenshots or a short description of the issue

AiboTask is a companion app for existing SaaS360 customers.
- tenant/user provisioning is typically handled by tenant administrators through SaaS360
- subscription management, billing, invoices/receipts, and license administration are handled outside the mobile app through SaaS360
- support tickets for tenant administration or commercial issues may also be handled through SaaS360
- there are no in-app purchases or public self-signup flows in the mobile app
