AiboTask — Privacy Choices & Data Deletion Requests
Version: 1.2
Effective date: 5 April 2026
Provider / Platform Operator: AirTek Technologies (RUC 0924829179001) — operator of aibotask (also branded as AiboTask) and Provider-operated SaaS360 admin/commercial services
Registered address: Cooperativa Adesdac MZ 70 S 13, Ecuador
Privacy contact: ruben.lazaro@clitecser.com
Multi-tenant note: In most cases, your employer/customer (“Tenant Company”) is the Data Controller for work-order and proof‑of‑service data in the platform.
AirTek typically acts as a Data Processor for that tenant’s work data under contract.
1) What this page is for
This page explains how to:
- exercise your privacy rights (access, update, deletion, etc.),
- manage your privacy choices (notifications, permissions), and
- request deletion of personal data.
2) Who should you contact?
2.1 Requests about work orders, photos, signatures, and GPS route history
If you are a technician/employee using the app for work, requests related to work-order data (including photos, signatures, route history, materials and activities) should be directed to your Tenant Company (your employer/customer), because they typically act as the Data Controller.
Use the tenant privacy contact provided in your onboarding materials, policy acknowledgement flow, or HR/Operations contact. If the app shows a tenant-specific privacy contact, you may use that contact.
2.2 Requests about platform-level data (AirTek)
You can contact AirTek for requests related to platform-level data, such as:
- SaaS360 account provisioning or invited-user administration (if AirTek manages that workflow),
- subscription, licensing, billing, invoices/receipts, or payment reconciliation records processed by the Provider,
- support communications or support ticket records handled by Provider-managed channels,
- platform security logs (limited).
Email: ruben.lazaro@clitecser.com
3) What you can request
Depending on applicable law and your role, you may request:
- access to your personal data,
- correction/updates,
- deletion (where applicable),
- information about processing and retention,
- other applicable rights.
Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to fulfill contractual obligations (for example, audit trails for completed work orders).
Account lifecycle note: The aibotask / AiboTask mobile field app does not offer public self-signup or consumer in-app purchases. User deprovisioning or account deletion is typically handled through your Tenant administrator or, for Provider-managed admin/commercial records, through SaaS360 workflows.
4) How to submit a request
Send an email to the correct contact (Tenant or AirTek) with:
- your full name,
- your company/tenant name,
- the email/username used in the app (if known),
- the specific request (access / deletion / correction),
- the relevant date range and/or work order IDs (if applicable),
- a way to verify your identity (to prevent unauthorized disclosure).
5) Managing your privacy choices in the app
5.1 Push notifications
aibotask may send operational push notifications (job assignments, reminders, operational alerts). Push messaging is delivered through AWS services (Amazon Pinpoint) and the device OS push service (APNs/FCM).
You can usually enable/disable push notifications from your device settings.
Disabling notifications may reduce functionality or delay job execution.
5.2 Location (GPS)
The app is designed to collect GPS points while you are ONLINE in the app. For eligible field technicians with an assigned scheduled or dispatched job, the app may also continue collecting location while Assigned route assist is active to keep the assigned route current and detect arrival at the assigned site, including when the app is not in the foreground if the device and OS permission allow it.
You can manage location permissions in your device settings. Limiting location may prevent route history or Assigned route assist features.
5.3 Camera / photos / attachments
You control camera and storage permissions through device settings.
If you deny access, you may be unable to attach photos or evidence required for service completion.
5.4 Analytics / telemetry
The Service uses AWS-based analytics/telemetry (including Amazon CloudWatch RUM for Provider-operated web portals such as SaaS360) to understand performance and usage patterns and to improve reliability and features.
We do not use analytics for targeted advertising.
6) Response times
Where Ecuador’s LOPDP applies, the Data Controller generally must respond to rights requests within 15 days of receiving a complete request, depending on the specific right invoked. In practice, response timing remains subject to:
- identity verification,
- the scope/complexity of the request,
- whether the request must be handled by the Tenant Company.
AirTek aims to acknowledge requests addressed to the Provider promptly and to route Tenant-controlled work-data requests to the relevant Tenant contact without undue delay.
