Aibo — Subscription & Billing Terms (Aibo Admin and Web Billing)

Version: 1.3
Effective date: 4 June 2026

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions purchased or managed through the Provider-operated Aibo admin/commercial portal, an approved web checkout, or a written order used to manage tenant provisioning, users, license entitlements, subscriptions, billing, invoices/receipts, and support tickets for Aibo and related services.

These web billing terms do not govern App Store or Google Play purchases. Store refund and billing rules apply if mobile in-app purchases are offered.

Provider: Aibo Technologies (RUC 0924829179001)
Registered address: 3er Cj 20A NorthEast, Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador 090502
Contact email: support@aibotask.com

If the Customer/Tenant has a separate signed agreement with the Provider, that agreement will govern in case of conflict.

1) Plans and fees

  • Subscription plans, prices, included features, and license/seat entitlements are described in the Aibo portal, checkout, or a written quote.
  • Fees are charged in advance per billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

2) Billing cycle and auto-renewal

  • Subscriptions typically renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • The Customer/Tenant is responsible for keeping payment details current.

3) Trials (if offered)

If the Provider offers a trial:

  • the trial length and conditions will be shown in the Aibo portal, checkout, or written offer,
  • trials may have feature/user limits,
  • unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription may convert to a paid plan.

4) Cancellation

  • The Customer/Tenant can cancel according to the Aibo portal, checkout/customer-account settings, or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation typically stops future renewals, but the subscription may remain active until the end of the current paid period.

5) Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the public Refund Policy.

Unless required by mandatory law, provider rules, or a separate written agreement:

  • first-time web purchases may be reviewed within 14 days if the Customer/Tenant could not use the Service for a material reason,
  • duplicate charges, billing errors, and provisioning errors will be corrected when verified,
  • cancellations stop future renewals but do not create unused-time refunds or credits for the current paid period,
  • non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred for the subscription are non-refundable.

6) Taxes, checkout seller, and invoices

  • Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • When an authorized payment provider is shown at checkout or on the receipt, that authorized payment provider may calculate, collect, remit, and document applicable transaction taxes according to its buyer terms and local rules.
  • When a transaction is handled directly under a written agreement or manual invoice, the Provider may issue invoices/receipts according to applicable rules and the information provided by the Customer/Tenant.

7) Payment processing

Payment processing for Aibo web subscriptions is performed through the authorized payment provider explicitly shown at checkout or on the receipt. The provider terms shown during checkout or on the receipt may govern payment processing, receipts, tax details, payment support, and refund workflows for that transaction.

  • If you pay by card or other electronic methods supported in the approved checkout, payment details are processed by the authorized payment provider, app store, and their ecosystem partners under their terms.
  • The Provider does not store full payment card numbers or CVV in Aibo. The Provider may receive limited metadata (for example, payer name, billing email, payment status, and transaction references) to reconcile billing and provide receipts.
  • Chargebacks, reversals, and bank disputes are handled through the payment processor and the applicable card/banking rules, and may result in suspension if unresolved.

8) Non-payment and suspension

If payment fails or is overdue, the Provider may:

  • suspend access to the Service,
  • restrict features, or
  • terminate the subscription, after reasonable notice where feasible.

9) Data, privacy, and DPA

  • The Provider’s Privacy Policy applies to platform-level processing.
  • For tenant work-order data, processing is governed by the DPA (Data Processing Addendum) and the tenant’s configuration.

10) Changes

The Provider may update these Subscription & Billing Terms by posting a new version.
Material changes may be communicated through Aibo or email.
