AiboTask — Cookie Policy (Web Portals)

This Cookie Policy applies to aibotask-related web portals, including the Provider-operated SaaS360 admin/commercial portal used to manage tenant users, subscriptions, licensing, billing, and support workflows.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device/browser. Web apps may also use similar technologies (local storage, session storage) for authentication and preferences.

2) Cookies we use (high level)

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Used to:

  • keep you signed in (session/authentication),
  • protect against fraud and abuse,
  • enable core functions of the SaaS360 admin/commercial portal (security and navigation).

These cookies are necessary for the portal to work.

2.2 Security cookies

Used to help detect suspicious activity and protect the Service (for example, CSRF protection).

2.3 Preference cookies

Used to remember settings such as language or interface preferences (if enabled).

2.4 Analytics / performance (Amazon CloudWatch RUM)

If enabled in the web portal, we use Amazon CloudWatch Real User Monitoring (CloudWatch RUM) to understand and improve:

  • client-side performance (web vitals, load times, latency),
  • client-side errors (JavaScript errors, failed requests),
  • high-level usage patterns (page views, navigation paths) for reliability and debugging.

Cookies / similar technologies: Depending on configuration, CloudWatch RUM can set:

  • a user cookie and a session cookie containing randomly generated identifiers (not your name), to measure unique users/sessions and user journeys across page loads, or
  • no cookies, in which case it still records certain aggregated session information (for example, browser/device type and performance metrics).

We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

3) How to control cookies

You can manage cookies via your browser settings.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies, the SaaS360 portal and related web portals may not function properly.

4) Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time by publishing a new version.
